1 Package Louisa Beef Ravioli
6 tbsp. butter
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, freshly grated
½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Fresh herbs such as chives, basil, rosemary, thyme and mint (optional), chopped
In large covered saucepot over high heat bring 4 quarts unsalted water to boiling. Add Louisa Beef Ravioli; stir gently. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Drain ravioli and set aside.
In same saucepot, melt butter over medium heat. Remove saucepot from heat. Add ravioli and gently fold in cheese and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs, if using.
