Toasted Ravioli – Original Beef 40oz


Regular bake: Preheat oven at 425°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Convection bake: Preheat oven at 400°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes.

TIME SENSITIVE: Bake toasted ravioli to a minimum of 160°F. If ravioli begin to puff up, remove immediately.

Serving /Presentation Suggestions

Serve on a flat serving tray, and sprinkle with grated cheese just prior to serving.

Toasted Beef Ravioli Lasagna


  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 jar (about 24 ounces) tomato-basil or marinara pasta sauce
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Louisa frozen toasted ravioli (any flavor)
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In 8- to 9-inch glass, ceramic or metal baking dish, spread 1 cup sauce.
  • Arrange frozen ravioli in rows and overlapping slightly over sauce.
  • Spread spinach over ravioli, then remaining sauce over spinach.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  • Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until top browns slightly.

Toasted Beef Ravioli with Baby Bellas and Alfredo Dip


  • Active time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Beef Ravioli
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 oz Baby Bellas
  • 2 garlic cloves, shaved
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, stemmed
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • TT salt & pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen ravioli on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add mushrooms garlic and thyme. Season with salt & pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Alfredo Sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  • Plate ravioli topped with grated Parmesan and serve the sauce as a dip.

Toasted Beef Ravioli with Marinara


  • Active Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Beef Ravioli
  • 1 28oz. can of marinara
  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves
  • salt and black pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese (as desired)


  • Blend marinara with olive oil, water, and white wine and heat to a simmer.
  • Add whole washed basil with stems and allow steeping. Reduce for 10 minutes then remove basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake toasted ravioli in a pre-heated oven at 425°F for 8-10 minutes and serve with parmesan cheese, if desired.
