Toasted Ravioli – Original Beef 40oz

Preparation

Regular bake: Preheat oven at 425°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Convection bake: Preheat oven at 400°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes.

TIME SENSITIVE: Bake toasted ravioli to a minimum of 160°F. If ravioli begin to puff up, remove immediately.

Serving /Presentation Suggestions

Serve on a flat serving tray, and sprinkle with grated cheese just prior to serving.

Toasted Beef Ravioli “Gratin”

Overview

Ingredients (8 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Beef Ravioli (Big Value)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan

Directions:

  • Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
  • Bake frozen ravioli in a pre-heated oven at 425°F for 6-7 minutes
  • Top each ravioli with small amount of cheese mixture
  • Return to oven for 3-4 minutes or until cheese browns

Toasted Beef Ravioli Italian Kebabs

Overview

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Beef Ravioli (Big Value)
  • 2 (8oz) packages mozzarella pearls
  • 2 (12oz) jars roasted red peppers

Directions:

  • Bake toasted ravioli in a pre-heated oven at 425°F for 8-10 minutes
  • Place roasted red pepper and mozzarella pearl on each ravioli and skewer with toothpick

Toasted Beef Ravioli Layered Eggplant Parmesan

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 24 Toasted Beef Ravioli
  • 12 large slices eggplant, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce, warmed
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  • Bake Ravioli according to package directions. Meanwhile, toss together eggplant slices, olive oil, salt and pepper; transfer to baking dish. Broil, turning once, for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and tender. In greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish, layer half of the eggplant slices, tomato sauce, ravioli, Parmesan and mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 10 minutes; broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
