"Mucchio" means "pile in Italian. This savory and satisfying pile of warm Four Cheese Ravioli blended with roasted zucchini, layered like a lasagna, and dripping with melted cheese is sure to please.

Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Cheese Four Cheese Ravioli
2 Medium Zucchini, sliced in a half moon
3 tsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion
8 oz. Lean Ground Beef
1 Jar Tomato-Basil Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Directions
Prepare Louisa Foods Four Cheese Ravioli according to the package.
In a saucepan, saute the zucchini until slightly roasted. (Careful not to overcook.)
Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until tender and lightly browned. Transfer to a small bowl.
In the same saucepan, cook beef over medium heat in oil, until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce and onion. Heat to boiling.
Drain Ravioli.
Add Ravioli to the Meat Sauce mixture. Stir until combined.
In a prepared baking dish, arrange half the zucchini, topped with half of the ravioli and meat sauce. Add half mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Layer the next half of the zucchini, ravioli and meat sauce, and cheeses.
