Toasted Ravioli – Buffalo Style Chicken

Preparation

Regular bake: Preheat oven at 425°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Convection bake: Preheat oven at 400°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes.

TIME SENSITIVE: Bake toasted ravioli to a minimum of 160°F. If ravioli begin to puff up, remove immediately.

Serving /Presentation Suggestions

Serve on a flat serving tray, and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles prior to serving.

Buffalo Chicken Toasted Cheese Sliders

Overview

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli
  • 6 oz block Colby Cheese (sliced into 12 – 2in pieces)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen ravioli on baking sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Place a cheese slice on top ½ of the raviolis and cover with another ravioli that has been flipped upside-down.
  • Brush ravioli with melted butter and return to oven for additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve

Loaded Buffalo Chicken “Nachos”

Overview

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli
  • 2 celery stalks, white part removed (diced)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
  • 3 slices of bacon, finely chopped

Directions:

  • Shave celery with a potato peeler than place in ice-cold water to get the ribbons to curl.
  • Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen ravioli on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Arrange ravioli onto serving platter then drizzle with ranch and buffalo sauce.
  • Top it off with bacon, blue cheese and celery ribbons.

Toasted Buffalo Chicken with Avocado Ranch Sauce

Overview

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli
  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dry seasoning

Directions:

  • Blend avocados with sour cream and ranch seasoning in blender.
  • Bake toasted ravioli in a pre-heated oven at 425°F for 8-10 minutes and serve
