1 Package Louisa Mini Round Cheese Ravioli
6 tbsp. butter
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, freshly grated
½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Fresh herbs such as chives, basil, rosemary, thyme and mint, chopped (optional)
Heat large covered saucepot of unsalted water to boiling over high heat. Add Louisa Mini Round Cheese Ravioli; stir gently. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Drain ravioli and set aside.
In same saucepot, melt butter over medium heat. Remove saucepot from heat. Add ravioli and gently fold in cheese and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs, if using.
