Five ingredients make one delicious, easy weeknight or casual entertaining supper. No need to pre-cook the ravioli, for this recipe you can start with frozen.
27 Louisa Four Cheese Round Ravioli
4 cups marinara sauce
2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
2½ cups spinach
Preheat oven to 400º.
Spray bottom of a 13" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon a third of the sauce on bottom of baking dish.
Arrange 9 frozen ravioli to cover bottom then top each ravioli with a dollop of ricotta cheese.
Layer one third of spinach and one third of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat process until three layers are complete.
Top lasagna with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges started bubbling. Change oven to broil and broil on high for 3-4 minutes, or until top layer of cheese is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
