2 Cups Broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch to 1-inch pieces
½ Tsp Powder Garlic
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a medium bowl add the broccoli florets and the Louisa Mini Manicotti.
In a large skillet over medium heat add the heavy cream, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for a minute. Add the cheddar cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese, continue whisking until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the Louisa Mini Manicotti and broccoli to the sauce to combine.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe casserole dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven for 45 minutes, or until top turns slightly brown.
Take out of the oven and set aside from 5-8 minutes.
