Spinach and Bacon Lasagna Roll Casserole

Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Lasagna Rolls
3 cups heavy cream
5 oz. American Cheese
1 tsp. salt and ¾ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. bacon bits
4 oz. fresh spinach, washed and dried
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add cream to a sauce pot set on medium low. Bring the cream to simmer and let reduce for 8-10 minutes. Stir in the cheese until melted.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix in bacon bits and spinach.
Spread ¼ sauce mixture on bottom of a 13" x 9" baking dish, lay down the Louisa Lasagna Rolls and pour the remaining mix on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and finish in oven for 5 minutes or until top turns slightly brown.
Take out of oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
