Toasted Ravioli – Sausage & Cheese

Preparation

Regular bake: Preheat oven at 425°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Convection bake: Preheat oven at 400°F. Evenly space frozen ravioli on flat baking sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes.

TIME SENSITIVE: Bake toasted ravioli to a minimum of 160°F. If ravioli begin to puff up, remove immediately.

Serving /Presentation Suggestions

Serve on a flat serving tray, and sprinkle with grated cheese just prior to serving.

Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli with Bacon, Beer and Cheddar Dip

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Sausage Ravioli
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup lager beer
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • salt

Directions:

  • Heat oven at 400° F and bake bacon on a foil lined baking tray until crisp  (about 10 minutes). Cool at room temperature then cut into small pieces.
  • In a nonstick skillet, melt cream cheese over low heat. Stir in cheddar, beer and garlic. Stir continuously until smooth then season with salt to taste.
  • Bake toasted ravioli in pre-heated oven at 425° F for 8-10 minutes and serve with hot dip and bacon bits.

Toasted Sausage Ravioli “Caprese” Loaded

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Sausage Ravioli
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3- 4 tbsp. Basil pesto
  • 4-6 large basil leaves thinly sliced, reserve 1-2 for garnish
  • 2 tbsp. evo

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen ravioli on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat Alfredo Sauce in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Combine tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle warm Alfredo Sauce and basil pesto over Toasted Ravioli then top with tomatoes and chiffonade basil.
  • Serve immediately sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Toasted Sausage Ravioli with Roasted Pepper and Onions

Overview

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 package Toasted Sausage Ravioli
  • 1 cup drained roasted red peppers from jar
  • ½ cup onions, diced
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • Grated Parmesan and parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • In a skillet sauté onions with 2 tbsp. of olive oil until caramelized.
  • Add roasted peppers, sauté onions, vinegar, and garlic in a food processor; process to coarse puree. With machine running, pour olive oil and process until puree thickens slightly. Season with salt & pepper with salt and pepper. Transfer to small bowl.
  • Top ravioli with grated Parmesan
  • Serve immediately.
