Cannelloni "Mamma Rosa"
Baked cannelloni is a favorite for good reason - everyone loves it. Louisa's meat sauce is a classic favorite.
Ingredients
- 8 Louisa Cannelloni
- 4 cups Louisa Meat Sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Ladle tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish, arrange the cannelloni then cover with additional sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella then bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil.
