In our Culinary and Research Center our Chefs develop the recipe and work closely with production and procurement to ensure the achievement of the desired pasta. Quality of ingredients, cost preferences, packaging and time lines are all discussed.
The preliminary samples are handmade in our Culinary Center offering variations for your team to test. The pasta is evaluated and adjusted if needed per your feedback until the perfect sample is achieved from a visual and organoleptic stand point
Once your selection is made; the recipe is scaled up for production to match your specifications and quality assurance requirements.
